Organizing Your Stash
I found this great idea and pdf from Oliver + S in the free patterns section. It's not a pattern, but a great file that will help you organize your fabric. I think I may be able to use it for my yarn as well. I have an embarrassing amount of fabric as well as my yarn, and I think it might really help me use it up if I knew what I had, what it was made of and how much yardage I have.
It's called a swatch card. It has a place to put a square of your fabric, a line for fiber content, yard available, the width of the fabric and washed or unwashed. It's a great idea and I'll post when I have my binder all set. It might be a while.
