Processing feelings through Art

 I have been using art as a tool to process difficult feelings.  It's helped me through my most challenging times.  Even when I don't feel like I have time, just a short time being creative with painting, collage or any art technique.  

This week I have been working with acrylics, watercolor, and drawing.  Do you use art to process through your feelings? 

This week I've been doing a three day challenge with Leah Guzman of @art.therapy.online, enjoying the many online art classes of Sketchbook Revival 2022 and some acrylic online classes from acrylic university.
